It only uses a certified organic process that is essential to maintain the quality and organic integrity of the beans. One of the most popular decaffeinating processes that organic farmers use uses only water to eliminate the caffeine.

Only the USDA can certify if a product is organic. To make sure that you are buying organic coffee, you have to check if the USDA organic seal is on the label. It certifies that at least 95 percent of the ingredients in the product are organic.
